I connected the wrong YouTube channel.
You must sign out and re-connect via Google OAuth, selecting the correct channel. MVM only allows you to manage channels you own or manage.
What happens if I exceed my plan's video limit?
You may see an upgrade suggestion when you go beyond your plan's video count. We track usage to ensure fair access for all creators.
Is my monetization handled by MVM or YouTube?
YouTube ad revenue stays on YouTube. MVM only handles commerce revenue (tours, products) that goes through our maps, charging a 10% commission on those specific transactions.
Viewer Support
Do I need a Google account to use MVM?
No, you can explore maps anonymously. However, logging in with Google is required to save places, get personalized recommendations, and make purchases.
How are my purchases tracked?
All purchases made through MVM maps are logged to your account so revenue can be properly assigned to the creator. MVM facilitates the transaction but does not handle refunds directly (please contact the seller).

Why is there a $5 registration fee?
This is a one-time fee to verify your business and filter out spam or low-quality listings. It ensures our maps remain high-quality for travelers.
What are the map visibility tiers?
We offer Basic (Free), Featured (paid placement), and Premium (high-end branding) tiers. Specific pricing and features may vary as we evolve the platform.
